Sunny Days is dedicated in memory of our beloved Sunny. Her strength, courage, and attitude, throughout sickness and health, never failed to amaze me. Her spirit lives on in our hearts and her legacy lives on in this organization.
The Importance of Becoming a Foster
According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 5 to 7 million pets are taken into animal shelters in the U.S. every year. With staggering amounts of animals taken in and the lack of foster's available, rescues are now at a standstill and unable to take in more rescues. Animal fostering paves the way to successful adoption for an animal in need and significantly reduces the amount of lives lost everyday.

SUPPLY DRIVE 2012
Our supply drive is still going strong... we've added new drop off locations for your convenience! We're collecting new or used blankets, collars, leashes, toys, cat/dog food, cat litter, beds, and so much more. Rescue of the Month for March
Paws to the Rescue
Our amazing team of volunteers is an extension of the partnership formed several years ago between the founder of Paws to the Rescue, Jen Nall (who currently serves as the Shelter Director) and Marion County. Our team has come a long way since October 2008, but we still have a lot more to accomplish and more wonderful pets to place.

Please join us on Saturday, April 7th for "Dogs with a Cause" sponsored by the Charleston Riverdogs. The game begins at 7:05 PM, but be sure to get there early and stop by our booth. We'll be having a raffle, silent auction, and many of fun stuff to raise funds for our Rescue of the Month!
